Block Receipt Remittance

Hi,

I have a no idea for this question. Can anyone help me to answer the question?
Because of some reasons bank maybe reject customer post date check when we want to clearance the receipt.
Can we block receipt after receipt remitted?  Is Credit Limit value back to original value before remittance process??
