R12 (12.1.3) SLA Hot patch failed executing the script ar120girpu.sql with error ORA-01427

Hi,
While running the R12 SLA hot patch, the process failed with an error ORA-01427, when it's executing the script "sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/u00/ufoprd12/apps/apps_st/appl/ar/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/ar120girpu.sql &un_gl &batchsize 3 8"

The following is the error message:

ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row
ORA-06512: at line 70
