Auto Wrap Up Feature?
Can someone tell me what the auto wrap up feature does & how to access it (any additional steps outside of the Company Profile)? I found a few documents, but it doesn't exactly tell you. It just says to look up 2 other documents that I can't seem to find that mentions this feature:
Oracle Contact On Demand Administration Manager Guide and Oracle Contact Center Anywhere Administration Manager Guide
