We are facing an work flow error when the final approve is Approving the PR

Failed Activity Set Req Status to Original Status Activity Type Function Error Name -6512 Error Message ORA-06512: at line Error Stack Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(PO_REQAPPROVAL_INIT1.SET_DOC_TO_ORIGINALSTAT, REQAPPRV, 54128-154048, 209825, RUN)
