Error-cannot determine geographical information for this location and cannot derive a tax jurisdicti

 Hi

We are facing subjected error in AR (after upgrade from 11i to R12) and referred the document

System cannot determine geographical information for this location and cannot derive a tax jurisdiction when entering an transaction [ID 438718.1]; by correcting customer address we resolve it.

Now how we can identify the problematic customer addresses in 11i , to pro-actively fix in 11i itself.
