wrong Encumbrance amount

 Hi All, 

The Release PO is stuck in process, I have tried to reset it to incomplete using poresrel.sql scripts it won’t and the as below error message shown up:

This Release has at least one distribution with wrong Encumbrance amount.

 

Anybody encountered such issue? The current release of EBS is 12.1.3
