Point OS upgrade on AIX 5.3 to 6.1

Hi AllWe are having oracle apps 11.5.10.2 and 10.2.0.4 DB system running on IBM AIX 5.3 version. But since AIX 5.3 is not supported from IBM , we need to move to IBM AIX 6.1 version.
So, to do this, do we need to perform any chanages on DB /Apps side. OR is it smooth.
Any relink etc?
Any Specific note will be helpful.
