Duplicate Billing Level Elements

Hi,

This is a problem we face in 11.5.10, where we see if there are already billed lines for few periods and if user hits the schedule button the billing level element data gets duplicated for all those lines which were billed.

In a specific scenario if suppose a service line is schedule for 1 yesr and is billed for first five months, and now if user hits the schedule button then the lines at level elements gets duplicated for all those periods whcih were billed.

Do you have any insight on this.
