POR: Enable Req Header Customization

Hello,

The user guide description for the POR: Enable Req Header Customization profile is that selecting Yes enables the profile option.. I think that is a given. I am trying to prevent the Req Header Description from auto-populating with the item description of the 1st item in the shopping cart. Does anyone know which profile option in iProcurement will prevent this?
