OAB:Defaulting the Plans for the New Hire Life Event
I need some clarification on the following.
I was able to setup to default "Decline Medical" Plan for an Employee for New Hire Life Event.This is Defaulting only when an Employee Explicitly
enroll in to any plan through self service or through non Flex Program Enrollment form.
The Life Event is not Closed automatically for this employee as the Employee has not Elected a Minimum Required Medical Plan.
This is causing the issues as subsequent Life events are not processed
How It can be defaulted to an Employee even though the Employee does not enroll in to Benefits.
