Dimension Exception when running loadHier

Hi all,
When i am running loadHier (for prod hier) i am getting the following error: 

DimensionException: Position '$BUF$ITEM$015865481F2F3' does not exist in dimension 'ITEM'.

This only happens in a specific local domain. If the item is from another local domain it works perfectly.

Does anyone make any ideia?
It is a RPAS 13.2.3.20 on HP-UX
