Patch 14108271 : Performance Issue

Hi All,

We have applied  Patch# 14108271, noted its taking long time to get finished.

Analyzed the log files , noted that the english Patch finishes in 5 minutes , where as Spanish and the Chinese takes more than 40 minutes.

The compilation of forms does not takes more than 2 minutes, what is noted that some classes are given to multiple workers.

Ex -

Completed: file XLIFFImporter.class on worker 48 for product fnd username APPLSYS.

The issue seems to be not specific any patch as such.

Please assist.
