Q: All branch plants, items and locations are set up with quantity on hand. You only need to transfer the cost from one Branch Plant to another. Is there a program that handles this?

You can use the P4105Z to  add the cost records as of Release A9.2.
JDE World has a Z file process for the F4105; its associated program is the P4105Z. For this program, you can add new cost records to the F4105. If the records added to the F4105 have locations and quantities associated to them appropriate journal entries (IB records) will be created.
