How do I [change/rotate] the marker text in a Horizontal Bar Chart to show the value centered and ve

I am new to BI Publisher, as far as charts go.  I am using Ver 10.1.3.4.1, and I cannot find the correct graph element / marker attribute setting to show the Marker text inside the vertical bar as centered and rotated.  I have checked the [DTD for the Graph] but I cannot seem to find this option?
