Contact Frequency Options Available in CRM On Demand Marketing

Hi There!
I am looking to allow my customers to specify the frequency at which they receive email communication from my company.

Example: Do they like to be contacted: Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, etc.

I would like to take their frequency information and attempt to meet that criteria (not bother them more than they like to be bothered).

Does anyone know if a contact frequency strategy is available natively in the ODM product or if a work-around has been used?
