R12 - Receiving Transaction Summary Search not finding results for a specific user

Path: Receiving>Receiving Transaction Summary

Parameters: Customer Tab> Transcation Detail> Results = Transactions//Transaction Date Range 01-Aug-2012 - 31-Aug-2012//Transaction Type = Deliver

Issue: I run this search and I get results.  I have a user who runs this search and they get nothing to return.  We are using the same responsibilities. 

Ideas?
