Not receiving all detail on fault that I would expect?

I expected ASR to collect additional detail (power supply part #) on these 2 ASR generated calls.  Is there a way to generate a fault that confirms ASR is getting all required data (part #'s etc.) to Oracle suport.

Summary:ASR:Probable Power Supply (PS) failure, power supply: XXX
