Trying to embed a customized field into Oracles out of the Box field on Account Page

 I created a customized field for the Account Page for the OnDemand instance I support.  When putting this field on the Account Page Layout, I want to have this field integrated within the Shipping and Billing section on the page.

However, the way it's designed today, I can only place my field above or below the section which seems easy to be overlooked from a User standpoint.  I know the Shipping and Billing section is standard out of box but do I have capability to place that customized field within those sections.
