How to identify that customer instanlled all the base line patches for extended support.
Customer will be applying extended support patches to production on this weekend.
Testing is done by functional users on TEST instance.
Is there a way to identify that they have all the patches in TEST instance for extended support by some sql or is there any validation procedure so that they are sure everything will work OK on PROD and avoid any downtime on PROD due to issues .
