Unable to locate customer site under list of values.

e-Commerce gateway (EDI) Part-While defining trading partner for both Ship to and Bill to I am unable to locate site for customer in assignment tab. It shows no list of values under site.Order Management part--For this I have checked customer address and it was active but don't understand why it is not showingthere under LOV's for trading partners.
