patch 12927834:R12.ZX.B fails Wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'POPULATE_ALLOCATION'

Hi,

We must apply patch 12927834 for Serbian Latin, Serbian Cyrilic, Croatian. But, we have errors:
The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

zx    forms/CSR    ZXTRLLINEDISTUI.fmx
zx    forms/CSR    ZXTRXSIM.fmx
ap    forms/CSR    APXINWKB.fmx
ar    forms/CSR    ARXTWMAI.fmx


When we try to generate using frmcmp_batch, we got error:
