PCP in NON-RAC SHARED APPLICATION TOP

Hi All,
I have a question. We are using Non Rac, Shared application top, R12 instance.
Is it possible to run single type of managers on more than one node simultaneously in PCP?
For Example: can Standard Manager run on 2 nodes in parallel?
For load balancing purpose, as in our case standard manager consumes 90% of resources as compared to other managers.
