RAID on M4000 and T4-1

 Hi,
  We have 2 each new M4000 and T4-1 servers with Solaris10 U10 installed. Is it possible to configure Hardware RAID. 

1. On M4000 i got the following error,

# raidctl -c c0t0d0 c0t1d0
Creating RAID volume will destroy all data on spare space of member disks, proceed (yes/no)? yes
Too many arrays.

2. On T4-1 server,

While creating the volume it shown error and it not came out of the shell and OS corrupted and now not booting. It shown as a 600GB volume instead of mirrored 300GB volume/

Please help me on the same.
