Oracle forms opens JRE1.5

We have upgraded our E-Business suite as per following path:

11.5.10.2 -> 12.1.1 -> 12.1.3 -> AS upgrade to 10.1.3.5

Till this point, we can open forms properly.

Then, we changed profile option as per note 1349509.1 (to avoid all URL getting redirected to node where last autoconfig was run)

After this whenever we try to open any form, we get following java security warning (PFA screenshot)

And all forms use JRE 1.5.0_16-b02  of Java Plug-in 1.6.0_23
Instead, earlier and normally they should use JRE 1.6.0_23-b05 of Java Plug-in 1.6.0_23.
