Windows and 11GR2 questions

About 6 months ago we installed Oracle 11GR2  (11.2.0.2) on windows 2003 .. we created a listener , databases etc ...   this was for one of our projects that was put on hold

Now we are revisiting it .. 

Question:    We installed 11.2.0.2 under   "e:\oracle" for Oracle Base  and  "e:\oracle\product\11.2.0" for the s/w location 

                    We will now install 11.2.0.3 since this is the current release, can we just install it under the same Oracle Base  "e:\oracle" and specify a different s/w locatiom  "e:\oracle\product\11.2.0.3" , or should the Oracle Base  directory also be different ?

ex:  (if we choose the same Oracle Base , we would have this )
