Warehouse Personnel cant final receipt PO

Hello Experts,

In receiving transaction, warehouse personnel was able to run initial receipt of items of a certain PO. Now, user tried running final receipt of the same PO but cant find PO when trying to find the PO in receivings.

In same receiving transactions window, user can view the PO Number in LOV but no items shown after clicking find.

Any suggestions on how to diagnose or resolve this.
