How to disable buyer name or make it non mandatory from appearing on Standard PO

.The user does not want the buyer name to appear in front of the PO ship to address. This standard approved  PO details go to another application  and appear in front of the address .Could any one help as to how we can not have/disable a Buyer name on the PO so that it is not picked further for output on PO.

I have disabled Enforce buyer check box on purchasing options , but it is of no help .

Please suggest.
