Close status rolled up for Purchase order

Hi ,

A Purchase order was created , the Line was divided into two Shippments .Shippment A quantity was fully recieved and billed and

some quantity of  Shippment B was recieved and matahced with the Invoice and some quantity of B Shipment is remaiming.

The the PO was then closed .

After some time the PO was again opened . Now we want to Recive the left quantity but cannot recieve it.

In the PO Action History Close status rolled up is showing in the notes . Screen shot is attached.
