Patche 14180892 : Autopatch Error while applying patch 14180892

Multinode Production environment - Windows 2003 OS.
Node1: DB & CM
Node2: WEB & FORMS

Hi Team,

Customer is trying to apply the patche 14180892 in production environment after the complete testing done in TEST.
But getting following error while applying the above adpatch.
