Upgrade Oracle Application 10.7.0 to r12 and Database from 7.3.4 to 11i

Hi All,

One of our clients wants to upgarde the Oracle Application from 10.7.0 to r12  and Database form 7.3.4 to 11i,please tell me the upgrdation path.

Can i directly upgarde Application to R12 or i have upgarde to 11.5.10 and then to r12.
