patch 6761904 this ends with error generating OKSAUBLG.pll and OKSAUDET.pll

Hi,
When applying patch 6761904 this ends with error:

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au      resource        OKSAUBLG.pll
au      resource        OKSAUDET.pll

Pre-requisite patch 5684129 has been applied successfully.
I have successfully compiled apps schema with adadmin utility.

OKSAUBLG.pll was handled by worker1
OKSAUDET.pll was handled by worker2

Am attaching the adpatch.log and the workers log.
