Patch 14172456:Error while applying patch 14172456:R12.GL.B

Hi Team,

While applying Patch 14172456:R12.GL.B, GLXMADEF.fmb did not compile. Tried compiling the form using frmcmp_batch.sh. it gives following error. (The errors are same i got during patch)

Compilation error on package body FORMULA_PRIVATE_VHANDLER:
PL/SQL ERROR 306 at line 4, column 3
wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'INSERT_ROW'

PL/SQL ERROR 306 at line 35, column 3
wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'UPDATE_ROW'
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 35, column 3
