UCM problem - There are no connections available from pool for provider 'SystemDatabase'

Hi,I had a problem with production UCM.  It became unresponsive. When trying to login to UCM I got a message that there are not connections left in the pool for provider SystemDatabase.
We’ve been live with this prod environment for a month and this is the first we get this problem.
Attached is the error
Please advise!
