Purchase Order Summary Form error

Hi,

I have an issue with the Purchase Order Summary form in Ebusiness Suite.  We are on version 12.1.3

Whenever I try to search for purchase orders using an operating unit, supplier name, and supplier site code the system will close the purchase order summary window down, and take me back to the purchasing super user navigator screen.

If I search for purchase orders just using one piece of information (like buyer name, or operating unit) the system will return the results, but when I try to open the order the system will display a FRM 40350 error.  Stating that Query caused no records to be retrieved.
