Work Request Additional Description

Hello everyone,

We are using 11.5.10 for eAM and are having issues with Work Request Descriptions, can someone tell me how many characters are allowed for the Additional Description or how I can look for it, I've looked everywhere and have tried to find documentation to no avail......any assistance would greatly be appreciated.
