Oracle 11G compatibility with Siebel 8.1.x versions

Hi,

We are currently using the Siebel 8.1.1.4 version in our environment which is running on Oracle 10.2.0.5 version. We are planning to upgrade the database to 11G. Could someone please provide some information (links or documents) on the compatibility version between Siebel version against the Oracle database.
