Querying the F0411, F0414 and the F0413

I need to run a "quick" query joining the F0411, the F0414 and the F0413 to get payments made to a certain set of vendors. In Access, I've run a make table query getting a subset of the f0411 records I want (this is 545 records). Now I take this table and attempt to first join it with the f0413 so I can ultimately join with the f0414 and get the check number for these vouchers. But when I join the F0411 (subset) and the F0414 by linking KCO, DOC, DCT, MCU and now RMK, I keep getting thousands of
