Problems when create a new reason code

Hi everybody,

I'm creating a new Reason Code in SIM,  I have completed all the forms, such as,  "Code", "Description", "Use in (is  checked)" and  "System (isn't checked)". the point is that it still not appearing in the user interface.

Are there anybody that have already faced this problem? Which step is missing?
