Errors in Alert log (ORA-20011, ORA-29913, ORA-29400 & KUP-4040

I'm getting above errors in my alert log from DBMS_STATS.GATHER_STATS_JOB.   I have tried the solutions in oracle support - checking for temporary tables (NONE) , deleting datapump master tables but still the errors continue.

Does anyone have suggestion as to what else to try?
