Urgent: How Do I Track Click-through of Specific Links in the Outbound Email?

Hi There!
I'm looking to track a particular link in the outbound email of my program.  The link takes the user to either the twitter or facebook account of my company.

How do I monitor whether or not the user clicks on the twitter or facebook link?
