one perticular user Cannot Approve Intercompany Charges

Hi

When approving intercompany charges from a perticular user, it generates an error. this issue only occurs for a one perticular user.

Error Exception Details- 
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FUN_RECIPIENT_WF", line 1833
ORA-06512: at line 1
