Unable to apply the patch as script ibyaccdt.sql is stuck with parameter value.

Issue:

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/sarahd7ap/apps/apps_st/appl/iby/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/ibyaccdt.sql
Enter value for 3:
