Backup username, Password in 11g

Hi,


  I have to duplicate database using RMAN from Prod to Dev. But before that I have to take backup username n password for users exist in Dev and then restore them after duplicating it.


DB Version: 11.1.0.7.0 OS: RHEL 5

I am unable to see  passwords from password from dba_users .Please let me know how to take username with passwords backup for all exist in Database. Appreciate help
