cannot use local storage in Oracle VM 3.1.1 (urgent)

in Oracle VM (OVM) (MOSC) Question
Dear All,
I  imported Oracle VM Server into Oracle VM Manager, and in Storage tab I see Local Storage appear and I click on VM Server and than select Physical Disk, see local storage too. but when I try to create repository is not see it. My Server Pool is created as none-cluster.

Note: My Servers is IBM using SAS Disks, VM Server is configured as separated disk are RAID 1 for OS and RAID 5 for Local Storage.

Please kindly give advice for this.
