ORA-19750: change tracking file: Duplicate using RMAN

Hi There,
 I am duplicating Database from Prod to Dev. Even after I disabled Block change trackign feature in Prod I am getting following error( It is one of work around suggested DB [ID 1098638.1]) . Restore is completed and when recovery is going its asking about BCT.
Its huge database everytime I am trying with differant options my time has been wasting as its thrwoing output at the end after all waiting so many hours. Please let me know if I can open and give it to users
saying its completed as restore and recovery is almost done???

Any help is greatly appreciated
