Menu/ Function to update Task status

Hi,

We are planning to define a separate responsibility for viewing and updating Task Statuses.

Please let us know what menus/ sub-menus/ functions to include so that the responsibility holder (may not necessarily a team member on Project) should have update access to Task Status.

Please share your inputs.
