Ticket Printing using SIM HHT

Hi Folks,

Is there any special set up to use Item Ticket option in SIM HHT> At the moment we can use this feature to scan the bar code of the item but the printing request is not reaching Oracle BIP.

Am I missing some configuration/set up for SIM HHT or do we have to configure printer information in the HHT device?
