Do these Held work orders consume any system resources that can adversely affect performance of ASAP

 Work orders in Held status are stored in database (tbl_wrk_ord) just like any other work orders, and therefore consume DB resource. However, there is no special impact on the ASAP performance that is caused by existence of Held work orders.
