Windows Patch Update on Oracle 11g

Hi,
I am planning to update my windows servers ( Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise)  with the latest windows updates which has   ORACLE 11g (version: 11.2.0.2.0) RAC single node.

I would like to get any feedback, user experience who have done that. Will there be any consequences or issues on updating the windows patches.
