Unable to receive UBE notification mail in outlook

Hi All,

I defined the all mail setting on enterprise server JDE.ini file after that i can receive the short cut message in external mail/outlook but unable to receive any UBE submission notification message in outlook. i checked our mail server on enterprise server i can ping, telnet and send hello message, everything is ok. can anyone please tell me what could the problem.

I am receiving short cut message in outlook so it means mail setup in JDE.ini file fine.
